We will cover the cost of decoration. DISCLAIMER: All artwork color in emails (i.e. printed or on your monitor) is a relative representation. It is not an exact color of what will be printed on the garment, it is just supposed to give you a general idea of what it will look like. If there is a concern of a 100% color match, you are welcome to come into the store and look at ink colors in person. Art approval is an approval of both the images and the text in the artwork. Please proofread all artwork for spelling as well as making sure all artwork has the "look" to it you desire. Any artwork that is printed in the way it is approved, Shirts, Mugs & More is not liable of replacing at no charge to the customer. Price quotes do not include sales tax.

Refund Policy

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request a refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
